Being a medical doctor, a clinical researcher and now a marketeer, I have experienced most facets of the pharma domain in India through different lenses. I bring indepth knowledge of medicines through my MD and clinical expertise to understand the consumer psyche. I understand the practical issues for successful marketing of innovative products in the face of competition from generic as well as innovative molecules in the same class.
I completed my MBA from ISB, Hyderabad where I was part of the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum(WGCP) devising the India Entry Strategy for the largest generic pharma player. I have done my MD in Clinical Pharmacology from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi (one of the premier medical instt in India) during which I have presented/published eight research papers on various therapeutic areas including pain management, cardio drug safety,Rheumatoid arthritis, biologics, herb-drug interaction etc.
I have an exemplary academic record with 10th rank in pre-medical and 186th rank in pre-engineering exams respectively. I have been among the top 10 performers in the medical school and scored 98 percentile (640th among 60000 MBBS students) in post graduation entrance exams. My GMAT score was 750 (98 percentile).
